• Keep your library books away from pets and babies.

• Do not eat or drink around your books.

• Wash your hands before you read your book.

• Keep your book in your bookbag when you’re not reading it.

• Turn the pages from the top right corner, not at the bottom.

• Do not Dog-Ear the pages.

• Use a Bookmark!

Some ideas on where to look for your missing library books:

• in the car (under the seat, under a booster seat, in the trunk, in those pockets on the back of other seats)

• under your bed (or between the bed and the wall)

• in/under the sofa (between cushions, behind the sofa, underneath)

• in your closet ? (I don't know why but books like to hide here)

• on any bookshelves or book baskets you have at home (books like to hang out with their friends)

• in your backpack (or any old backpacks)

• Grandma/aunt's house

• on that counter in the kitchen or hall that always collects stuff

• Student Home Page (with symbaloo)
